What is the Higher Ground Program?
The Higher Ground Program is a hands-on business coaching program for women service providers who are excellent at what they do but want to get better at the business side.
Over the course of the program, we'll work through your business together — looking at it through your customer's eyes so you can understand what's working, what's getting in the way, and what needs to change.
This isn't about giving you a list of business tips or telling you what to do.
It's about teaching you how to see your own business differently, make better decisions, and build the skills to keep moving forward with confidence.

I review your website, branding, customer experience, online presence, and overall professionalism to see whether your business builds trust from the very first impression through to the final decision.

Every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and grow your business.
Whether someone walks into your store, books a service, sends an online inquiry, or speaks with you or your team, I look at what happens next. Are customers being welcomed, guided, and given the confidence to move forward? Is your sales process making it easy for people to buy, or are opportunities being missed?
I also look beyond the initial sale. Are there natural opportunities to offer additional services, complementary products, packages, memberships, or ongoing support that would genuinely benefit your customers? Are you making the most of every customer relationship while delivering more value?

We start by understanding your business inside and out — a short questionnaire, a discovery conversation, and a full look through the five growth areas. This becomes the map for everything that follows."

Each week, we take one area: Messaging, Trust, Sales — and work through it live. Not advice you take away and hope to apply: we look at your actual website, emails, and sales process together, and you leave each session knowing exactly what to change and why.

On our last day together, we step back and look at your business as a whole — everything we worked through, side by side. You'll leave with a written roadmap naming exactly what to focus on next, what to leave alone, and why.

Before Week 1 — Intake
A short questionnaire on your clients, your offer, and where things feel stuck. So we start from where you actually are.
Week 1 — Clarity
We look at your website, marketing, and sales through your customer's eyes. You'll see, for the first time, exactly where they hesitate — and which one thing matters most right now.
Weeks 2–4 — Marketing, Messaging, Trust, Sales
Three live 1:1 sessions. Each one, we take a real piece of your business apart together and you learn to see the pattern, not just fix the one instance. Once you see the pattern, you'll spot it everywhere else on your own.
Week 5 — Growth
We step back and look at everything together. You'll know the one or two things worth your focus next, and just as important, what to leave alone.
By the end of five weeks, you won't just have fixes. You'll have a grasp on your whole business — how to look at it, what questions to ask, and the confidence to make your next decision from clarity, not chaos.
