Lavi’ah provides digital services including branding, web design, marketing assets, and coaching. All services are offered remotely and digitally. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Services.

3. Services & Payments

All services are customized and made-to-order.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Full payment may be required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once a project begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays in communication may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs and materials created by Lavi’ah remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

6. No Guarantees

We strive for excellence, but results may vary depending on market conditions and client involvement. We make no guarantees of specific business outcomes.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a service before work has begun for a full refund.
No refunds will be given after work has started.
In the case of project termination by the client, partial work may be provided depending on how much has been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lavi’ah is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
